KONSai provides AI agent development, call handling automation, and business logic deployment.

Machine Learning Nature: You acknowledge that AI outputs are generated via machine learning and may contain inaccuracies.

Human Oversight: Services provided by LRCKULTURE HOLDINGS LLC are tools to assist and do not replace final human oversight for critical business decisions or legal compliance.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that data provided for AI training or deployment does not violate third-party rights or local laws. You must maintain the security of all API keys and integration credentials provided for your project.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Wyoming, LRCKULTURE HOLDINGS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data). Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
